Trim: Gaps and cracks in trimwork are caulked, holes are filled, doors, frames, windows, spindles and any other woodwork is thoroughly sanded and repaired.

Exterior Siding: Siding is thoroughly powerwashed to remove dirt, grease, wax, cobwebs, mold and mildew. Gutters, downspouts and windows are also powerwashed so they will be clean when the painting is done. We then apply two coats of the premium product of your choice - and siding is always sprayed to a uniform finish.

Interior walls: Walls are sanded, holes are filled, and depending on your contract, transition edges are caulked to improve the finished appearance. 2 coats of premium paint are then used to cover your walls with your new color.
